Summer of 2021 has arrived. Summer is split emotion for me. Yes, we all love to be on the lakes, golf courses, hiking trails, etc. Yet in the Independent Rep Industry it has traditionally meant reps are going to be much more difficult to get in touch with and Principals are planning for 3rd and 4th quarter. Love the relaxation of the personal portion, yet the stress of the business portion can sometimes offset it.
The past month has more than convinced me that this summer will be different. Reps and Principals are in constant communication with me, all looking to keep growing and moving forward. I am not seeing any grass growing under anyone’s feet. Granted we have had more than enough time to think about … everything! Masks are off, offices are open, samples/service webinars are back. Let’s all be grateful for what we have as well as the opportunity we have in front of us.
